How to fix..
Code
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Applications.
3. Select the All tab.
4. Locate and tap Google Services Framework.
5. Select the Clear data button.


If this step don't help, try to remove account from your gmail and stock rom mail, then restart phone and add gmail and mail again.
